On a couple of occasions the roof reached vertical and bleeped. Saab 900 96 convertible roof problem. Here s how i operate my og9 3 top manually. I assumed it was due to an obstruction in the boot.

Saab 900 electric roof does not work. The motor bracket twists and binds when operating leading to eventual failure of the motor. I bought it with roof problems saab 1996 900 question. Never had a problem until this year.

This week however the roof had the same problem. This is caused by a problem with the motor. The water does not leak if the car is not moving with the roof up but as soon as i turn left or right water floods in from the opposite turn side. Having rearranged a couple of bags i proceeded to close then fully open the roof.

Had to repair the hydraulic system for my convertible top.
