Saturn Door Lock Button Stuck

My 06 saturn ion driver door is stuck the lock button and key seems to work properly but the door just wont open saturn 2006 ion question.

What is the problem we have checked the rear fuse box and the fuse is ok. I have pried the panel off but dont know what to do. The windows come off track and then knock the door lock rods off so they won t open. I removed the locks 20 circuit when the car first died to try and stop battery drain.
